Signage Installation Report

Disclaimer:
– Complete signage installation report is required for SignSite Group to process any installation invoices.
– Installation method must follow the approved process without deviation, unless otherwise approved in writing by the SignSite Group project manager.
– Photos must be taken of all low voltage electrical connections, wall penetrations, and fixings.
– Photos are to be clear and free from any obstructions.

If Yes, upload a photo of any damage or defects to the signage and/or clients property.

Provide a description of the damage.
If Yes, upload photos for each of the following:
- All electrical connections completed by the installer (low voltage)
- All penetrations made through any external wall, clearly showing the waterproofing method used to seal the aperture.
- All fixings used to install signage to onsite substrate ( ie: Fascia, awning, existing framing etc )

Where fixing method is not visible in photos, provide a description of fixing methods used (ie. d/sided tape, construction adhesive)
If No, explain why and what remains to be complete.
If Yes, upload a photo of any damage or defects to the signage and/or clients property.
